The Alliance Northwest is about collaboration - collaboration to share and grow knowledge, to participate in polled purchasing, and to grow regional community capacity. More, the ANW is about forming partnerships, coalitions, and collaborations for positive change.
We mean to create and facilitate opportunities:

to move beyond loose networks (e.g. email, list serves, brief meetings at conferences)

to build an alliance (proactive and facilitated focus-groups, trainings meetings, leveraging funds, semi-formal links, a communication hub), and then

to form effective and sustainable partnerships, coalitions, and collaborations.
